CITY OF ONKAPARINGA
Through the amalgamation of three councils into one super council,
the City of Onkaparinga is now the largest single Council in South Australia. -

The purpose of this project was to develop a world-class Broader Visual Language that brings to life all the great things that the city stands for.

It needed to demonstrate and bring meaning and life to the positioning of ‘Strong Vibrant Communities’.

The bold typeface and use of vivid colours represents ‘Strong and Vibrant’ while the overlapping of type suggests the coming together of the ‘community’.

The Onkaparinga ‘O’ is a special graphic device which may be used in applications such as signage and promotional items.
